The gate combination has been changed for 2017/2018
membership year last Saturday, July 15th as previously announced
in my last email.
Since then I've had several inquiries and phone
calls from members not receiving their billing notice or have
lost said notice. We have also had several 'Return to Sender'
as not being deliverable through the mail. Some of those have
been settled over the phone. I'm unable to take payment over the
phone by credit card... but we can process them in person at the
club. Late renewals are processed the same day and placed in the
mail as we receive them.
I will again be available to take renewals on Thursday evening
from 5PM to 6:30 PM when the Summer League is in progress. The
gate will be open and I will be inside the clubhouse then.
