Stickbow Classic
Sunday November 6th
A few final reminders for the Stickbow:

First and foremost. I want to thank everyone for their help leading up to this shoot and during this shoot ahead of time. We would not be able to do this without your help.

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME:
Make sure your clocks are set. You are going to get an hour extra sleep.

PARKING:
Everyone who is working the shoot should be parking across the street on Berry St. behind Teichert, the gravel yard.

WORK SHIFTS:
AM SHIFT needs to be here at 6AM so assignments can be passed out
PM SHIFT needs to be here by 11AM at the latest.
Please find Jeff for work assignments.

FOOD AND DRINK:
Breakfast will be served. If you are working you are welcome to a meal and also drinks throughout the day. Feel free to get something to eat before or after your shift if possible. If not try to ask someone to cover you so you can have a chance to eat.

RAIN:
We are still looking at a small chance of rain. Every time that i look the chances get less but you should bring some layers just in case.

CLEANUP:
Cleaning up at the end of the day is generally one of the hardest things. If AM people would like to return for cleanup and PM people would like to stay it would be much appreciated. The majority of the people cleaning up are the same people who setup in the morning and they are tired. Any extra help would be great.
